CapRock® Gin, Vodka & Brandies are fermented and distilled in our Bavarian-made copper pot still on Jack Rabbit Hill. Our little corner of paradise, Delta County, is home to some of the finest orchardists in the universe! And CapRock is all about showcasing the work of these growers! All products are certified organic and some are certified Biodynamic.
It is remarkable what can be made with 1st-use irrigation water, living soils, small blocks of craft-farmed fruit, a little copper still and a handful of merry pranksters. E. F. Schumacher was spot on: “small is beautiful”.
